Luke: located in Fredericksburg

Arrangements can be made to get Luke to Harrisonburg if need be.

My next door neighbor came to me this week asking if I would help find a new home for one of her dogs, Luke. He is 3 years old, been neutered, up to date on his shots, and is a nice little fellow. Problem is, her daughter and three children moved in with them several months ago, and tow of the children are very young. I’m sure they have pick and teased little Luke, because they never had a problem with him before. To get those children to leave him alone, he has started nipping at them when they go around him.

He gets along fine with other dogs, with other members of the household, it’s just young children that he seems to have issues with. I told her to teach the children to leave him alone, but they seem more concerned about the kids than the dog. They also have a black lab, but he must be more tolerant than Luke. Luke by the way gets along with cats.

He is used to being inside, and is house broken. He is a beautiful Beagle and would make the right family a great pet. To my understanding, he is free to a good loving home.

Please share this with your animal loving family, friends and rescues to help me get Luke to a new home.

Thank you for helping me!
